Jeremy London, a renowned American actor, is sought by the law enforcement after receiving his girlfriend’s phone call late night Friday claiming that he assaulted her outside her Palm Springs house.
According to the source, Party of Five star’s girlfriend, whose name has been kept unveiled,s made a phone call to the Palm Springs Police Department Friday at 10:30 a.m., after a quarrel regarding the custody of their child which later on turned violent.

She claimed that the 39-year-old actor and has sustained minor injuries over her hand during the alleged assault.
London’s representative Dominic Friesen, however, denies the allegation branding the allegation as false and insisted that these allegations will false soon.
“Jeremy’s legal counsel is cooperating with authorities and a factual account of the incident is on record. We anticipate Jeremy to be cleared of any wrongdoing as he continues to enjoy fatherhood and embrace sobriety,” Friesen added.
Sgt. Reed from the Palm Springs PD told the source that London has not gave up to the police yet and at this time they have patrol and police officers investigating the case further. He further told that arrest warrants have not been issued yet; however, when the case will proceed then there will be any such option on the basis of investigations.
London had been starred with Dr. Drew Pinsky in VH1′s Celebrity Rehab reality series to cope with his relationship and obsession troubles. He was also abducted at gunpoint and was compelled to use drugs in 2010.
